Advocate Dr. K. Sreenivasan is the founder and senior associate of KSLaw. He heads the Corporate, Litigation and Advisory Services of the firm. His vision, multidimensional knowledge coupled with experience in the field of law is the anchor of this firm. He was a senior bureaucrat with the Government of India belonging to the Indian Police Service. He superannuated as the chief of Karnataka state police after a career spanning 37 years including a decade with the cabinet secretariat New Delhi. He has served in key leadership positions at various public sectors and law enforcement arms of the state Government and the Union. He is a recipient of the President’s Police Medal for meritorious service. On his superannuation, Dr. K. Sreenivasan was nominated to the Syndicate of the Bangalore University. Dr. K Sreenivasan served as a member on the two-member committee appointed by the Honble High Court of Karnataka to re-instill investor confidence and oversee the administration of Kirloskar Investments & Finance Limited along with Justice K. A. Swamy, former Chief Justice of the Madras High Court. Dr. K. Sreenivasan completed his Masters in Physics and Mathematics (Hons) Gold Medalist from the central college Bangalore, taught mathematics at the National College Basavangudi and at the Vishveswaraya University college of Engineering, Bengaluru. He holds a doctorate awarded by the university of mysore for his research and contribution in industrial psychology on Human Resource development. He holds a degree in law from the university of Bangalore.

useful In property registration, title verification, property management and other
property related issues. He can painstakingly dig out old records
helping in the due diligence of property documents.
