Indian labour law refers to laws regulating labour in India. Traditionally,
Indian governments at federal and state level have sought to ensure a high
degree of protection for workers, but in practice, this differs due to form of
government and because labour is a subject in the concurrent list of the Indian
Constitution.

Our advocates at KSLaw are aware of the advances in the field of Factories &
Boilers under the Ministry of Labour and Skills. The main responsibility of the
Department is to check whether the factory Act 1948 and the Indian Boiler Act of
1923 are compiled by the factories. Our advocates ensure the welfare, health and
safety of the Factory workers and are conversant in claims arising out of
negligence and accidents in factories.
